01 What exactly do you do for men over 40?

I architect unbreakable men — lean, strong, functional bodies, med-free health, bulletproof mindset and renewed self-esteem. Private 1:1 only. No group programs. No hand-off to another coach. No generic plans. Everything I do is custom for each man I take on and changes are made as needed throughout. From Nutrition and ergogenic aids to detailed macros, meal frequency, training and rehab protocols, lab reviews and much more.

I have 3 decades in the trenches side by side with my clients. I’ve been where you are (likely worse) and I’ve fought hard to get here. Now at 51yrs old I AM the example and I always lead from the front. What I do is build bridges for you to cross that eliminate YEARS or even DECADES of trial and error trying to figure things out.I’ve led thousands of men 40+ to places they never thought they could reach in their lifetime; let alone over a few months.

02 How is this different from other coaches or programs?

Most "coaches" sell motivation and generic templates. Use random online macro calculators, don't understand labs or hormones and frankly just lack the personal and professional experience they need to help men in our demographic. I don't. I pride myself on being the example and leading from the front. I engineer each client a 3-phase biological overhaul to get you lean, healthy and jacked while educating you on HOW so we lock in your permanent peak and you become self-sufficient long-term. Labs, hormones, training, nutrition — all dialed in together. No fluff. No excuses. Results or nothing.

03 How much time do I need to commit?

The short answer is: be ready to commit whatever it takes.

It depends on your starting point, but the average is - 90–120 days for Phase 1 (Fat Loss and disease management). 90–120 for Phase 2 (Strength and lean mass gain). Phase 3 is an ongoing lifestyle. This is where you will become self-sufficient, maintain your low body fat and the muscle mass you've gained while working on functional longevity, health, mobility, cardio, etc. Looking great and feeling amazing for life. Daily habits: 60–90 min training 5–6 days/week. Nutrition tracking. Training tracking. Daily and Weekly check-ins. Ongoing communication with me. If you're not willing to invest at least 1 hour a day in yourself, this isn't for you.

04 What does it cost?

Private 1:1 is 1500–3000/month.

Throughout my career I have seen people spend tons of time and money every week to advance/maintain their material world and “social status”. Trucks, cars, golf, boats, kitchen renovations, in ground pools. And small daily crap for instant gratification like eating out every day and alcohol …yet they’re sick, fat, medicated, depressed, financially strapped and broken. Don't get me wrong, material stuff is fun, I love my cars/toys, but they will never ever come before mental and physical health, self-esteem, physical appearance and energy. I would sell it all for how I look and feel.  

The real flex is having it ALL.

05 Do I have to be in-person or can this be remote?

We can do everything 100% remote. I work with men all over the country and internationally. Video calls, app tracking, lab reviews, face-time, real-time adjustments. Location doesn't matter. Commitment does. If you happen to be local, then I always like at least 1 face to face. Most often I meet my private clients in person at the small mens-only retreats I do every year (THEY'RE AWESOME).

06 What if I don't see results?

Then you didn't follow the plan. If you do the work exactly as prescribed, results are 100% inevitable. It's not guesswork or random for me at this point. I've worked with over 15,000 people in the past 3 decades. To NOT see results you have to deviate. A LOT. Not follow your nutrition. Not follow your training. Miss workouts. Hide and avoid our meetings and lie to me and yourself. No one at our level does that. No one does 100% and I don't expect that, but I do expect progress. I have a 99% success rate with my private clients because everything is spelled out to the letter. Because I prioritize the truth over feelings and pandering. The people I coach are high-performers and very serious. And our close communication, follow up and attention to detail is second to none.
